Lance Armstrong Returns with LIVESTRONG Sunglasses

On Saturday, February 14, 2009 in Sacramento, California, Lance Armstrong officially returned to the sport of cycling. The crowds lined the streets to cheer him on in his adventurous endeavor and to witness a champion cyclist return to the sport in which he is so well-known. They were not only applauding his career achievements, but also his strong will and inspiration to defeat cancer.
Lance Armstrong has partnered with Oakley to create a sunglass collection called LIVESTRONG. The Oakley LIVESTRONG Sunglass Collection is currently available in the LIVESTRONG Flak Jacket, LIVESTRONG Flak Jacket XLJ and LIVESTRONG Radar Path (Shown in the image).
“LIVESTRONG” is laser etched near the edge of the lens and the vibrant yellow color synonymous with Lance Armstrong’s LIVESTRONG Cancer Foundation is a prominent color on each of these frames.
