Horn Rimmed Glasses Like a Hero

Fans of the NBC TV series Heroes might be interested in knowing that a pair of glasses worn by the Noah Bennet character (Horn-Rimmed Glasses or HRG) along with a Primatech Badge (the company the Bennet character worked for) were recently auctioned at the NBCU Auctions site for $585!
The eyeglasses frames were the Universal Univis Country Squire 2. Unfortunately, the company that produced these frames is apparently going out of business. If you want a similar pair of frames (for a lot less), we recommend the Shuron Ronsir Revelations, Shuron Ronsir Timberline or Shuron Ronsir Zyl. These frame styles are very similar and you can select what color, eye size and temple size you wish to have, along with the type of temple. You can get skull temples like those on Bennet’s frames or you can get cable temples, which are visible on the Shuron Ronsir Zyl.

I’m looking for some horn-rimmed glasses (a la Lyndon Johnson) without those nose support thingies. Anyone know if these even exist?
Thank you, I had just about come to the same conclusion myself, but I’m glad to see a consensus. Savile Row seems to have a history of providing movie glasses…
Those eyeglasses frames appear to be the Berkshire Chase Savile Row Panto Beaufort 14kt with Chestnut rimming.
Sorry to hijack the thread, but for the life of me I can’t figure out where to post a new question. So here it is:
Johnny Depp wears glasses in The Ninth Gate (1999). What brand and style are they? They appear round, small, but not John Lennon small. Here are some screencaps:
Front: Here and here.
Side: Here and here.
… and a bazillion more photos here.
We’re not absolutely sure, but some similar eyeglass frames include Gucci 1593, Persol 2877V, Persol 2880V and Persol 2894V.
I am searching for the name of the eyeglasses that Suzi Weiss-Fischmann wears. Thanks
