Singer Lady Gaga (1), who took home the moon man for Best New Artist, was among those who received an eyewear makeover. The fashion icon gravitated to this bold Karl Lagerfeld sunglass, style KL603S saying, “I love Karl Lagerfeld. Hes my hero.”
