Austin Job: Online Optician/Customer Service

FramesDirect.com is searching for an online optician with excellent customer service skills. Use your professional optical skills to help and interact with customers world-wide. Must be prepared to office at our southwest Austin location off FM 1826 near Driftwood and have at least one year of optical experience preferably with some telephone customer service experience.

The position requires:

- RX lens knowledge
- Product knowledge
- Lab experience helpful
- Strong computer skills a must.
- Proficient grammar and speech.
- Quick learner and an efficient muli-tasker

You will communicate with patients via phone, chat and e-mail.

Availability on Saturdays from 8-5 and weekdays from 7am-8pm is required.
