Austin Job: Marketing Director

FramesDirect.com, the online leader in eyewear, is looking for a successful Marketing Manager with ecommerce and direct marketing experience to join our team. You’ll be working out of the Austin, Texas office near Driftwood.

THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

Requirements:

• Verifiable track record of success
• Familiar with Internet and viral marketing, video production, third party lead management and social networking.
• Direct marketing experience, including direct mail
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or Marketing or equitable work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant direct marketing experience managing mail, print, online and/or broadcast media; demonstrated success
• Results oriented

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed proposals including action plans, costs and timetables for completion
• Works with internal teams to implement DM initiatives (direct mail, DRTV, internet, etc.), coordinates with all areas within the company to ensure that all elements within the company are fully utilized as appropriate
• Proactively manages multiple projects to ensure that all deliverables and commitments are upheld
• Establishes and manages relationships with list vendors for direct mail
• Constructs direct marketing tests to optimize list, creative, offer, and format among others
• Serves as in-house expert in the field of direct response marketing
