Austin Job: Customer Service Representatives

Online optical leader FramesDirect.com is searching for Customer Service Representatives preferably with optical experience. Use your professional optical/and or customer service skills to help and interact with customers world-wide. Must be prepared to office at our southwest Austin location off FM 1826 near Driftwood and have at least two years of telephone oriented customer service experience and/or experience as an optician.
The position does require:
- Strong computer skills a must.
- Proficient grammar and speech .
- Quick learner and an efficient mulitasker.
You will communicate with customers via phone and e-mail.
Availability on Saturdays from 8-5 and weekdays from 7am-8pm is required.
