Austin PPC Search Marketing Guru Wanted

FramesDirect.com, the online leader in eyewear, seeks a successful individual to join our Search Services team as the Pay Per Click Marketing (PPC) guru for our new south Austin location. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a great attention to detail. This is an in-house position and is NOT an SEO job. The PPC guru will handle pay per click, shopping site feeds and other paid forms of Internet advertising and will not be involved in search engine optimization.
The PPC Guru will be responsible for developing and implementing Pay Per Click efforts with the objective of bringing qualified visitors to and driving conversions on our optical websites – eyewear, binoculars and goggles.
A qualified candidate will have the ability to create, monitor and grow multiple PPC campaigns across multiple PPC properties while also possessing the ability to pursue other limited amounts of online advertising opportunities and site traffic initiatives. You must have a passion for PPC marketing and possess a creative marketing personality with the ability to create incremental sales. A talented individual is needed to expand our online PPC efforts while increasing ROI. This position is responsible for managing our PPC campaigns 24/7/365.
Responsibilities
• Manage all PPC campaigns across all PPC platforms (Google, Yahoo!, MSN, shopping sites, etc.)
• Achieve a targeted ROI for all ad spends on a daily basis
• Ensure optimal campaign performance 24/7/365
• Develop new and eliminate underperforming PPC ad copy/keywords
• Perpetual testing and optimizing of new keywords, ad text, position and landing pages
• Reconciliation of billing and program costs across all PPC properties
• Monitoring and reporting of competitor campaigns
• Manage relationships with search engines and our advertising properties
• Utilization of proprietary and third-party analytics tools
• Analyze click and conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
• Manage and analyze shopping site feeds (Yahoo Shopping, Amazon.com, ShopZilla.com, etc.) for maximum conversions.
Qualifications/Skills Required
• Minimum 2-3 years solid, demonstrated experience in managing multiple PPC campaigns
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Ask.com PPC platforms
• Proficiency in building and managing Excel spreadsheet analysis
• Experience with using keyword research and development applications/services
• Experience using third-party PPC bid-management applications
• Knowledge of web analytics applications
• SEM copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented organizational skills and above-average written and communication skills
• Work out of our south Austin location (near Driftwood)
• Basic HTML skills
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Experience with web visitor tracking applications
